Crown Staffing is hiring an Outside Sales Representative Location: Springboro, OH Position Type: Direct Hire Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: DOE, $40,000 – $50,000 annually + uncapped commission Additional: $500 monthly expense reimbursement, company laptop & phone provided Basic Function: Market and sell a full line of document management products and services within a specific geographic territory. The role requires starting each day in the office to prepare calls and presentations, typically leaving by 9:30-10:00 AM to visit clients. Major Responsibilities: -Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas -Develop and manage all assigned accounts within the territory -Maintain ongoing contact with current customers -Identify and cultivate new accounts through leads, lease expirations, telemarketing, aged equipment, and cold calling -Utilize provided technology to manage territory efficiently (database management via laptop) -Prepare and deliver effective presentations, including product demonstrations in-house and onsite -Continuously develop closing techniques to improve sales success -Prepare monthly sales reports including lease status, prospects, and sales forecasting -Attend all required meetings and training seminars -Take initiative to learn all product details to become a polished sales consultant

Requirements: -Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or outside sales -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively -Willingness to travel within the assigned territory daily -High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Ready to take the next step in your sales career?
