Main Duties & Responsibilities: -Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning. -Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders. -Coordinate with other departments to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load list, Shipping Tickets, ASNs) -Responsible for venturing into the production area to communicate with supervisors and managers. -Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship. -Will go on the floor from time to time Qualifications: -High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years in customer service roles. Skills: -Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally. -Answer incoming calls in a professional manner. -Must possess basic MS Office skills (Word and Excel) -Must exhibit great attention to detail. -Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
