Machine Operator MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS 2nd Shift. Location: Ft Mitchell, KY. About the Machine Operator role – Will be lifting bags of onions, carrying trays of frozen meat, going up and down stairs. – They also will be required to learn all positions on the line. – They will be required to be in the freezer for some time. – Picking up a 40 lb. bag of onions to place into the machine, move them into the drainer, or machine on the line. – Unpacking buns and placing them on the line, sorted by top bun on one line and bottom bun on the other. – Placing stacks of meat into the machine from the freezer. – Being in and out of the freezer to organize the freezer or pull supplies from the freezer. – Make sure the meat and cheese are lined up on the buns and have a top and bottom bun with the sliders. – Making sure the packages are sealed properly and moved onto the conveyor belt. – Closing up the boxes that have been filled with the sliders. – Taping the boxes up and placing them on the skids, then wrapping the skids, and placing them skids in the freezer to be shipped out.
