Facilities Maintenance Tec DETAILS 1st shift | Pay $24 About the Facilities Maintenance Tec role • Assist with day-to-day operations of the facility and maintain the warehouse in a safe and organized manner • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery • Assist with calibration and maintenance of various machinery • Knowledge of low to medium-voltage power systems • Perform general repairs in the areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC • Operate pallet jack, scissor and boom lifts, forklift and climb ladders to access elevated areas and rooftop when required • Drive and operate company vehicles • Respond to emergencies during off hours such as weekends, holidays and evenings • Other miscellaneous duties as required • Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job. • Must be a team player and have good attendance • Must have knowledge of production equipment, controlled environments and critical systems • Must have knowledge of facilities operations, physical plant, safety and security, and fire protection systems • Must be able to understand blueprints, drawings and schematics • Must be able to climb and work at elevations • Must be able to use shop equipment and hand tools • Must take direction, follow instruction and work with others with a positive attitude • Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position.
