– Capable of operating a Reach Truck. – Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. – Experience with loading/unloading deliveries and ensuring proper documentation. – Strong attention to detail to prevent damage or misplacement of products. – Proficient in warehouse sanitation practices and food safety regulations. – Competent in operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely. – Ability to participate in inventory processes and perform warehouse cleaning tasks. – High School Diploma or GED required. – Previous experience as a Forklift Operator and Reach Truck Operator (3 years required). – Must pass the driving forklift exam. – Proficiency in reading and writing load diagrams, shipping orders, and work instructions. – Experience operating electronic equipment such as RF scanners or radios.
