Job Title: Forklift Days and hours worked (include if overtime possible and/or mandatory): Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4 pm Pay rate/range: $18.40/hr Location of job site: Bolingbrook, IL 60440 Primary internal Crown contact: Patty Hiring process requirements (Choose one of the following): -Delayed start – has pre-employment reqs-Background Check Required (No Felonies) Special Instructions: Include any additional instructions an FA might need for the interview, first day, etc: They have a food truck that goes at 10:40am with different food selections everyday. Lockers are available but will need to provide their own lock. Can have a clear plastic bottle on the floor with water only. Responsibilities: 1. Sit down and Reach 2. Day to day warehouse functions include but are not limited to picking, packaging, staging, and shipping orders 3.Prepare orders by processing and pulling materials utilizing our internal system 4.Prepare daily outbound shipments 5.Perform inventory cycle counts and annual inventory counts 6.Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies Requirements (including PPE): 1. Steel Toes are Required 2. Ability to operate and maintain warehouse machinery and equipment 3.Ability to lift 50 pounds 4. Identify, understand and communicate warehouse issues and work toward resolution 5.Forklift Experience 6. Computer Literate 7.Read, comprehend, and follow written, standardized work instructions and trained procedures
