Our client is a multi-client 3rd party warehousing associated services. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative for their facility in Calumet City, IL. This is a trial to hire opportunities. 1st Shift 7am- 3:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm Pay will start at $16./ hour What you will do: -Process customer orders in WMS and customer systems daily -Communicate effectively with the customer, carriers, warehouse personnel, management and others. -Check in drivers and answer phones. -Provides support to the warehouse and Operations Manager when needed. -Processes weekly and end of month billing in a timely manner. -Prior experience within a third party warehouse or logistics setting -Knowledge of hazardous materials as well as how to prepare DOT documents -Strong computer and data entry skills including knowledge of Office products and email communications -Ability to multitask -Highschool Diploma or GED required
