We have a role for you!!! ****Driver license and Auto insurance ***** ***Mileage Reimbursement**** Position pay: $17-$20 Available Shifts 1st: 6:30a-2:30pm Monday -Friday Position pay: $17-$20 Areas of Travel: Milwaukee County, Waukesha County and Ozaukee County Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements Must be a currently licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state. Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with a least 16 hours devoted of supervised practical training and with at least 16 hours of classroom instruction completed. One year experience as a CNA hospice aid, or home health aide. (Hospice preferred) At least 18 years old Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile in good working order. The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. Covid Vaccinated. Current CPR or BLS Certification About the Certified Nursing Assistant Role As a CNA, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Follows standard (universal) precautions for all procedures. Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toiletings, feeding, etc.) according to the Hospice Aide Plan of Care Document care provided according to agency policy Report any deviations from the Plan of Care to the Case Manager (or designee if not available) Use durable medical equipment safely Take Vital signs when on Hospice Aide Care Plan Participate in QAPI activities Participate in IDG meetings, as appropriate Use of a calculator, telephone, copy machine, thermometer, blood pressure cuff, other basic office and medical equipment.
