Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurate, complete, and properly processed for shipment. Candidates must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Resumes will be reviewed by the hiring manager, and interviews will be scheduled accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
Order Verification
- Verify customer orders against packing lists and system records
- Confirm correct products, quantities, and packaging before shipment
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies with warehouse personnel
Scanning & System Processing
- Scan orders and packages using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Process shipments accurately through shipping systems
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
Dimensioning & Labeling
- Operate dimensioning equipment to capture package size and weight
- Ensure packages are properly labeled and meet carrier requirements
- Report any equipment issues to management
Shipping Operations
- Stage completed orders for shipment
- Assist with loading preparation and shipping schedules
- Maintain organized shipping and staging areas
Quality & Safety
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce shipping errors and delays
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with dimensioning equipment or parcel shipping systems
- Experience working with multiple carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
- Ability to meet productivity and accuracy expectations
