Monday – Friday | 9:45pm -6:15am |$18/hr

Lead Molding Machine Operator Requirements
- Previous experience in molding or machine operation
- Leadership or lead-operator experience preferred (will train/mentor the right candidate)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
About the Lead Molding Machine Operator RoleAs a Lead Molding Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting all 3rd-shift molding machine operators
- Operating, setting up, and adjusting molding machines as needed
- Monitoring production quality and troubleshooting minor machine/process issues
- Training team members and ensuring safety compliance
- Maintaining accurate production logs and a clean, organized work area
- Assisting with process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
- Enforcing quality standards across the shift
- Performing general labor tasks as needed to support production
- Ensuring a safe work environment at all times
