Crown Staffing is hiring for a Packaging Associate in Elsmere, KY!
Packaging Associate Job Details
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (3rd Shift, mandatory overtime including 2 weekends as needed)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Packaging Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to comply with GMP, food safety, and PPE requirements
About the Packaging Associate Role
As a Packaging Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications
- Inspect boxes for quality, labeling, and structural integrity
- Supply finished boxes to packaging lines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures
- Report equipment or material issues to supervisors
- Assist with packaging, production, and cleaning duties as needed
- Support efficient daily production operations
