Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a cold production environment.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous production or packaging experience is preferred.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Package and process meat products on the production line.
- Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks while maintaining productivity.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work safely in a refrigerated production environment.
- Rotate between supervisors and production areas as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow food safety and production procedures.
- Support daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
