Showroom Associate – Floor Covering
Job Details
Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $20/hour

Showroom Associate Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience in floor covering sales preferred (carpet, hardwood, tile)
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to create proposals and handle scheduling
- Experience answering phones and assisting customers in-person
- Strong organizational skills to maintain showroom appearance
- Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Attention to detail for updating samples and displays

As a Showroom Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting showroom guests in selecting carpeting, hardwood, and tile
- Creating proposals and estimates for customers
- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure product availability
- Maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom
- Updating and maintaining sample displays
- Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
