Job Title: 1st Shift Press Operator Location: Hamilton, OH Introduction: Crown Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Press Operator in Hamilton, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for performing press support, loading and press operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: -Perform press support, loading, and press operations while adhering to safety protocols. -Conduct all necessary quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. -Install and detach dies and coils as required for production. -Control the efficiency of operating machines and equipment in a safe and productive manner. -Rotate jobs, load and unload coils and dies, and provide press support as needed. -Participate in “5S” activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment. -Engage in quality group discussions to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement. Requirements: -Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. -Work in a warehouse environment. -Obtain in-house forklift certification to operate a forklift. -Operate a hand jack for moving pallets. -Safely and efficiently operate an overhead crane. -Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions. -Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
