Washer Operator Job Details Location: Hodgenville, KY Pay Rate: $15.65 /hour Schedule:7pm-7am Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Washer Operator Crown Staffing is seeking a hardworking and reliable Washer Operator to join a dedicated team in Hodgenville, KY. This role is responsible for Key Responsibilities – Ensuring all parts are kept at a level that does not prevent press/visual down time. – Only tray one part # at a time. When that part number is complete clear area and start next part #. – Certain washers are designated for only certain parts. Follow procedure for that washer of what part number can be ran on that washer. – Keep parts number same for each cart, no mixing. – Notify Sub-Leader when find history slip does not match part number. – Only lift no more than two trays of parts at a time, in and out of washer. – Keep washer tanks full of RO water and brix level percentage correct. – Have the ability to process materials in an effective, efficient and timely manner in accord with ISO 9001 quality standards – All additional duties assigned by Production Sub-Leader or Management.
