Bilingual Spanish – Helper/Driver Starting pay is $18 per hour. Pay will increase upon performance. We are seeking dedicated and physically capable Bilingual Driver/Helper to join our event services team. This role involves the heavy and continuous loading/unloading of trucks, assisting with event setup, and ensuring the safe transportation of equipment. This is a very physical job that requires the ability to lift 75+ lbs. Responsibilities – Loading and unloading trucks with event equipment (75+ lbs. is common) – Safe and efficient driving to and from event locations. – Event setup and breakdown. – Using a two-wheeled dolly to move equipment. – Working as a team to ensure events run smoothly. – Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

– Must be bilingual in English & Spanish – Must be able to perform heavy lifting (75+ lbs) continuously. – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. – Ability to work various hours, including long days and potentially 7 days a week. – Flexibility to work rotating weekends. – Must pass a pre-employment drug test. – Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. – Successful completion of a background check.
