CNC Supervisor Job Details
Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the CNC Supervisor Role
Crown Staffing is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced CNC Supervisor to oversee daily CNC operations at a manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on machining experience, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise day-to-day operations of the CNC department
-Schedule jobs, assign tasks, and manage workflow to meet production deadlines
-Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
-Operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment, including Mazak, Haas, Makino, and Mori Seiki machines
-Provide training and support to team members
-Communicate effectively with leadership and production teams
Qualifications
-Strong hands-on experience with CNC machining; familiarity with Mazak, Haas, Makino, or Mori Seiki machines preferred
-Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment
-Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
-Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
-Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
