We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be able to perform various tasks essential for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our warehouse operations. The Warehouse/Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and basic upkeep of our warehouse and facility. This hands-on role combines general warehouse duties with light maintenance tasks to support overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Receive, store, and organize materials and products Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment Perform routine facility maintenance (e.g., light repairs, changing filters) Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Conduct inventory checks and assist with shipping/receiving Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly Collaborate with team members to implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist other departments as needed

Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance preferred. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor as required by the job. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
