Position Overview: In this role, you will handle inbound calls related to debit card accounts—similar to Wisely or payroll cards. You’ll assist customers with questions about their cards, balances, and basic account issues. Training on all internal systems will be provided. Key Responsibilities: -Answer incoming customer calls in both English and Spanish -Assist cardholders with account-related questions and concerns -Provide clear, accurate, and friendly service -Accurately document call information in the system -Stay updated on company policies and procedures
