Assembler – 1st Shift Location: Hamilton, OH Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT required as needed) Pay: $19 – $20/hour (based on experience) Crown Staffing is currently hiring a skilled Assembler to join a growing team in Hamilton, OH. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who are experienced in equipment assembly, blueprint reading, and using a variety of hand tools. Key Responsibilities: -Assemble various types of conveyors and material handling equipment -Work independently or as part of a team to complete complex builds -Read and interpret detailed blueprints and job descriptions -Perform wiring to motors, proximity switches, photo-eyes, push buttons, and control panels (a plus) -Use basic hand and power tools to complete builds -Test and inspect equipment to ensure functionality and quality -Coordinate with other departments for finishing and touch-up work -Complete and sign inspection reports -Adhere strictly to all safety protocols

Requirements: -Experience in mechanical assembly (conveyor experience a plus) -Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions -Must have strong attention to detail -Bring own set of basic hand tools (list provided at orientation; tools may be borrowed or purchased on site) -Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, lifting, and using hand tools for extended periods Tool Requirements (minimum): -Ratchet wrench set (SAE), wrenches 1/4”–15/16” -Screwdrivers (Phillips #1 & #2, Flathead) -Adjustable wrench (12”), hammer, tape measure (25’) -Wire cutters/strippers, pliers, torpedo level -Tool box or bag Recommended Tools: -Metric wrench and ratchet sets -Allen wrench (T-handle) set (SAE/metric) -Files with handles, utility knife, chisel/punch sets Apply today and join a team where quality, safety, and hands-on work matter!
