Warehouse Associate Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Shift: 1st | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $19.00/hour Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate Requirements -Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills -Capable of meeting production and quality standards -Basic experience with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, Freight) preferred -Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team About the Warehouse Associate Role -Ship orders via UPS, FedEx, or Freight, ensuring names and addresses are correct -Attach order numbers to boxes and verify order completeness -Perform manual assembly and verify correct pieces before beginning -Meet ongoing production and quality standards -Maintain clean and organized work area; break down empty boxes -Accurately maintain personal production logs -Pull and stock materials as needed -Build boxes and prep materials for shipping -Support receiving and warehouse inventory functions -Other duties as assigned Next Steps Thank you for your interest in our Warehouse Associate position!
