Quality Auditor – 1st & 3rd Shift – Lebanon, OH Crown Staffing – Lebanon, OH Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Shifts Available: -1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM -3rd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM Crown Staffing is currently hiring Quality Auditors for a well-established facility in Lebanon, OH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong manufacturing quality experience, particularly in a lab or audit setting. Key Responsibilities: -Perform contamination testing and surface finish inspections -Operate and assist with CMM and Smartscope vision systems -Conduct hardness testing (sample prep) and visual inspections using microscopes -Complete dimensional part layouts with prints -Perform calibration, Gage R&R / MSA studies -Use SPC software (NWA, Measurlink) for data collection and reporting -Utilize hand-held gauging, surface plate layouts, OGP/CMM, and performance testing equipment -Conduct durability, burst destruction, corrosion, and thread strength testing -Use advanced tools such as Faro scanners, Keyence systems, and X-ray plating thickness systems -Perform nodularity testing, clamp load, vibration, and noise testing -Interpret GD&T and follow technical documentation accurately -Maintain documentation and complete dock audits and ES testing

Qualifications: -At least 2 years of consistent experience in manufacturing -Previous QC lab or auditing experience preferred -Strong computer skills, including Excel and typing speed -Experience with measuring systems and quality control tools -Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and testing procedures This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term placement.
