About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Material Sales Manger with strong knowledge of fence products and related software systems. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing lot operations, managing inventory, and coordinating shipping and receiving with vendors and multiple company locations. The ideal candidate will not only ensure operational efficiency but also contribute to revenue generation through strategic leadership and industry expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee lot staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement as needed. Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including vendor deliveries and transfers to other locations. Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions using company software systems. Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Support sales initiatives by leveraging product and industry knowledge. Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $40,000 – $70,000 (dependent on experience and ability to contribute immediately) Sales Incentive Program (higher base = lower incentive potential)

Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of fence products, hardware, and related materials. Familiarity with inventory management systems and general office software (Word, Excel, etc.). Prior experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, informed decisions. Preferred: Established reputation in the fence industry with the ability to bring immediate value. Proven track record of managing operations and driving sales in a similar role.
