Responsible for providing complex, critical corporate analyses requiring an elevated level of financial skills along with developing timely and accurate financial reports and operating data that assists management and executive leadership in making informed decisions. This position deals directly with the CEO, Vice-Presidents, Directors and outside stakeholders on issues critical to the success of the company. Responsible for financial planning, management of the budget process including the preparation, consolidation, and distribution of budgets and related financial reports; design and development of annual water rates and the cost-of-service studies for water rates, service fees and all cost allocations.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Seven (7) years of experience in finance-related functions, including budgeting, financial analysis, and preparation of financial and statistical reports; and Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience; and Valid driver’s license.
