General Labor Associate (Temp to Hire) Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm M-F Salary : $17.00/HR Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our foam insulation production team. In this role, you will assist machine operators in producing foam insulation products, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and support daily production goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist machine operators with the production of foam insulation products. Load and unload materials into machines as directed. Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Move finished products to designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE. Support other warehouse or production duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on production environment. Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials.

Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Good attendance and strong work ethic.
