MOWING CREW MEMBER LEAD Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: 1st Shift – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (or until done) with overtime expected. Pay rate: $20/hour Position type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Mowing Crew Member maintains lawns for private and corporate clients, ensuring a well-groomed and visually appealing landscape. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, and edging, operating and maintaining lawn equipment, inspecting for pests or irrigation issues, and following safety protocols. The role also involves client interaction, routine equipment maintenance, and teamwork to uphold service quality. Responsibilities: -Mow lawns, adjusting equipment for optimal appearance. -Safely operate and maintain lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers). -Inspect lawns for issues (pests, diseases, irrigation) and report concerns. -Follow safety protocols and equipment handling procedures. -Provide professional client service and lawn care advice. -Perform routine equipment maintenance.
