Position Summary The Customer Facility Representative acts as the intermediary between the company and the customer located at the paint facility, ensuring a smooth flow of materials to meet build demand. This role is responsible for procuring finished parts, monitoring production and shipping processes, overseeing inventory and system transactions, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams, the customer, and logistics providers. Key Responsibilities Procure correct finished parts from the company’s manufacturing facility in Louisville. Monitor paint progression to ensure correct parts are available for on-time shipment to the customer. Oversee shipping ASNs through SAP, coaching CSR team members on issue resolution. Control facility inventory movements through SAP to maintain accuracy. Monitor the customer’s supplier portal to ensure sequencing and shipments meet demand. Communicate effectively with the plant, painter, Penske/Customer, and carriers transporting materials to and from the facility. Collaborate with the painter’s materials supervisor and floor employees to complete tasks and maintain compliance with requests. Work rotating shifts between days (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and nights (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) to cover team and shift outages. Weekend overtime may be required based on customer demand. Complete additional assignments as directed by the Materials Manager.

Qualifications & Skills Intermediate computer skills required, including Excel and SAP; ability to manage multiple programs, files, and screens simultaneously. Strong critical thinking, organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Willingness to work overtime as required. Ability to stand for the majority of the shift. Leadership experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel required; SAP experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
