Commercial Refrigeration HVAC/ Technician
DETAILS
1st Shift | Pay range $32 to $38 an hour
Location: Cincinnati, OH.
About the role
– Showcase mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interpret diagrams and schematics.
– Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment.
– Communicate with manufacturers for diagnostics and parts identification.
– Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Group for on-site technical support.
– Install ordered parts for customers promptly and professionally, adhering to company policies.
– Recommend additional services provided by Smart Care when necessary.
– Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory.
– Adhere to safe work practices and accident prevention procedures.
– Maintain a well-organized service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory.
– Sustain productivity levels by company standards.

Job Requirements
– Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
– Physical fitness to lift 50 lbs., stand for 8 hours/day, and engage in activities such as walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
– Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, Commercial HVAC, or related military service. EPA and/or CFESA certification is preferred
