Job Ad: Commercial Refrigeration HVAC/Technician – $5000 Sign-On Bonus Crown Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration HVAC/Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. If you have a strong background in maintenance and technical expertise, we want to hear from you! Requirements for Commercial Refrigeration HVAC/Technicians: -Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. -Physical fitness to lift 50 lbs., stand for 8 hours/day, and engage in activities such as walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. -Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, Commercial HVAC, or related military service. EPA and/or CFESA certification is preferred. Benefits for Commercial Refrigeration HVAC/Technicians: -1st Shift availability. -Health, dental, and vision coverage. -Paid time off. -Referral Bonus. -Direct Hire Opportunity Responsibilities of Commercial Refrigeration HVAC/Technicians: -Showcase mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interpret diagrams and schematics. -Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment. -Communicate with manufacturers for diagnostics and parts identification. -Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Group for on-site technical support. -Install ordered parts for customers promptly and professionally, adhering to company policies. -Recommend additional services provided by Smart Care when necessary. -Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory. -Adhere to safe work practices and accident prevention procedures. -Maintain a well-organized service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory. -Sustain productivity levels by company standards. Additional Details: -$5000 Sign-On Bonus: $2500 at 90 days, $2500 at 6 months. -When on call, technicians are paid double time. Crown Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D.
