Position: Production Operator Location: Wilmington, OH Schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time, Rotating Schedule) Pay: $16.00/hour Position Summary: As a Production Operator, you’ll contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality products by assisting with daily production processes, quality checks, material handling, and cleanliness. You’ll play a vital role in helping the team meet safety, environmental, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: -Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations -Support production of quality products per specifications -Perform visual quality checks (color, size, surface, etc.) -Assist with machine cleaning and maintenance -Package materials and label according to product standards -Communicate daily updates to team members and leadership -Complete production paperwork and operator reports accurately -Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures -Perform other duties as assigned
