Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Painter to join a growing team that specializes in prepping and painting machine shop equipment and parts. Pay: Competitive pay based on experience Job Responsibilities: -Prep and paint machine shop equipment and parts using industrial techniques -Sand, prime, and apply appropriate coatings to a variety of surfaces -Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards -Maintain a clean and organized painting area -Safely handle and use chemicals, paints, and other materials -Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Preferred Skills & Experience: -Auto body or industrial painting experience -Familiarity with industrial painting equipment, spray guns, and techniques -Understanding of coating applications and surface prep methods -Ability to read job specifications and follow verbal/written instructions -Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity -Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
