Production Operator
Location: Lebanon, OH
Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
Schedule Note: Mandatory overtime may be required. Shifts may extend to 8, 10, or 12 hours based on production needs.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $17+/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
As a Production Operator, you’ll be part of a high-performing team responsible for meeting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards. Operators may be assigned to any area of the manufacturing process—machining, plating, or assembly—and are expected to follow all procedures while ensuring consistent, quality production.
Core Responsibilities:
-Identify and correct unsafe acts or conditions immediately
-Conduct and record quality inspections and measurements
-Communicate issues and updates to team leads and supervisors
-Perform machine start-up checks and preventive maintenance
-Assist with tool changes, line changeovers, and machine troubleshooting
-Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
-Participate in continuous improvement efforts
-Work overtime as required, including extended shifts or weekends
Area-Specific Duties:
Machining:
-Operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-drills
-Load/unload castings and machine to specification
Plating:
-Load/unload castings on plating racks
-Monitor chemical levels and ensure proper plating processes
-Transport materials between departments
Assembly:
-Assemble components manually and with PLC machines
-Inspect and move finished goods to appropriate areas
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED
-1–3 months of relevant experience preferred but not required
-Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
-Comfortable using measurement tools and performing basic math
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
-Willingness to work overtime and adapt to production needs
