Crown Staffing is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Cincinnati, OH Job Summary: Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: -Train customer personnel in equipment use and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. -Install, service, and supervise equipment with extensive knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, controllers, hydraulics, calibrators, and -pneumatics. Provide telephone technical assistance as needed. -Travel throughout North America and worldwide when required. -Conduct training sessions at service seminars or customer sites. -Collaborate with Engineering regarding equipment failures and maintain excellent customer relations. -Assist local service companies with complex issues. Implement design changes in the field and diagnose control problems. Properly document field trips and paperwork. -Read and interpret test reports; prioritize workload effectively. -Must be capable of driving a forklift and knowledgeable in electrical safety policies, including lock-out/tag-out and EPA refrigeration certification.

Qualifications: -Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate orally. -Analytical reasoning skills and ability to perform simple math functions. -Ability to use measuring instruments accurately and provide basic tools as needed. -Proven troubleshooting experience. -Willingness to train others and understand job-related travel and time reporting. -Ability to read and understand SOPs and FDA/GMP regulations. Willing to work in an office environment or travel up to 4 weeks per month. -Two-year degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum Class II EPA certification. 3-5 years of A/C, refrigeration, and electrical experience. -Working knowledge of CRM databases and manufacturing systems. -Proficient in computer systems including Windows OS, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working Conditions: -Mostly standing work. Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. (overhead lifting above 50 lbs. requires mechanical aids or team lifting). -Detailed hand work including grasping, pushing, and pulling. -May involve bending, squatting, climbing, crawling, reaching, twisting, and occasional kneeling. -Travel may involve extended sedentary periods and adverse weather or driving conditions. -Work may include extended desk and computer screen time with manual data entry.
