Bilingual Customer Service Representative – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $17/hour
Pay reviewed every 90 days – potential to increase up to $20/hour

Crown Staffing is now hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 2nd shift temp-to-hire position in Cincinnati, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with call center or customer service experience who enjoys helping others and is looking to grow their career.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will handle inbound calls related to debit card accounts—similar to Wisely or payroll cards. You’ll assist customers with questions about their cards, balances, and basic account issues. Training on all internal systems will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming customer calls in both English and Spanish
-Assist cardholders with account-related questions and concerns
-Provide clear, accurate, and friendly service
-Accurately document call information in the system
-Stay updated on company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
Requirements:
-Bilingual – Fluent in both English and Spanish
-Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
-Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
-Basic computer and typing skills
-Ability to work 2nd shift full-time
-Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
