Is capable of performing a variety of production functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various tools and equipment. A production worker is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary. Must be able to read and write English. Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reads and interprets work orders Able to perform production procedures for each part Able to meet quality standards Able to work at or above efficiency standards Able to follow detailed work instructions specific to production processes Able to follow setup instructions as assigned Will stop production and report to the supervisor when in doubt about any production process Perform all work in strict accordance with Company Safety standards and good work safety practices Report any safety issues or concerns immediately Report to the supervisor when all work is complete Adhere to all company policies and guidelines regarding work hours. Be able to work overtime as necessary by Company Management. Must complete daily time cards accurately and thoroughly Must maintain a good attendance record as stated in the Employee Handbook Do not waste materials, supplies, tools, or equipment Wear the Company uniform that is provided as a benefit Maintains a positive attitude and offers suggestions Follow the other directions from the Supervisor
