Our client is a leading metal fabrication company located in the Germantown, WI area. They are looking for Machine Operators. Pay will be based on experience but can range $18-$22/hour. 1st shift available! The client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain production machinery, monitor output quality, and ensure safety and efficiency standards are consistently met. The responsibilities of the Machine Operator position will include, but are not limited to: • Operate machinery according to company standards and production schedules. Machinery includes punch presses, drill presses, turret punches, brake presses, high-pressure sand blasters, power washers, and PEM insert machines. • Load raw material into machines and monitor operations • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs. • Record production data, such as quantity produced, and machine performance
