Job Description
Must have the following:
Forklift exp( will need a certification or forklift card verifying they are certified
Heavy lifting up to 50lbs
Attention to detail
1 hour lunch break( can take 30min if want to) 2 15 minute break .

Responsible for coordinating the receipt of inbound cargo, the release of outbound cargo under the
requirements assigned by Supervisors or Manager in an efficient and organized manner. Ensure all
cargo is received in conformance with NNR requirements and all cargo is shipped in conformance with
Customer requirements.
Duties & Functions
• Receive and check-in all in-bound cargo (including Dangerous Goods) per required schedule
including storage and handling under TSA regulations.
• Release and load all out-bound cargo per required schedule and comply with customer
requirements.
• All cargo must be checked prior to receipt/release for damage, loss, missing paperwork or other
non-conformities.
• All cargo received must have a completed warehouse/dock receipt properly and filled out with
proper descriptions including accurate piece count and scaled weight
• All cargo received must have completed warehouse receipt attached.
• Required to label outbound cargo with applicable House and/or Master Labels after verification
against documentation for correctness.
• Required to prepare all cargo to ensure shipment integrity: Re-palletizing, shrink-wrapping,
banding, application of handling labels, etc. as determined by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensure all Hazardous Materials are received, stored and handled properly per IATA, DOT, IMDG
& TSA regulations.
• Building of pallets and ULD’s including Main Deck Pallets as required by Operations
Supervisor/Operations Manager/Export Manager.
• Receive and break down US imports In-bonded freight included storage and handling under US
Customs regulations if applicable.
• Breaking down of pallets and ULD’s including Main Deck pallets as required by operation
supervisor/operation manager/import manager if applicable.
• Responsible for Screening Cargo, devanning and loading sea freight containers.
• Maintain client inventory, on hand notices and handle pick & pack as determined by 3PL
customer requirements if applicable.
• Keep the warehouse clean and ensure that the maintenance of Warehouse Equipment is done as
scheduled, request repairs as necessary and maintain warehouse supplies inventory.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education & Experience:
• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior warehousing experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of freight forwarding for both International and Domestic.
• Ability to pass STA certification and TSA training.
• Certified in Forklift Safety.
• Knowledge of TSA/C-TPAT regulations and practices including security.
• Certified to handle Dangerous Goods.
• Bonded if working in a bonded warehouse area.
Physical requirements:
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium/Heavy work – Exerting up to 65 pounds of force occasionally, frequently and/or
constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
