Responsibilities of the Bind Helper: Will be trained and learn to set and operate small machines: -Hand workers in spooking, putting the spiral binder on the books -Stitcher -Drill -Coil maker -Laminator -Perf and Crease Machine -Separate book blocks -Inserting/building books -Spiraling, Glue/tip-in repair -Assist on a packaging line -Boxing and unboxing -Binding -Rework -Handwork (separating pages)

Requirements of the Bind Helper: -Must be able to read and understand work orders. -Must have effective communication skills -Must have EXCELLENT attendance history -Must be able to work overtime as needed -Must have high attention to quality and detail -Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds -Will be required to stand for extended periods.
