2nd Shift: 2:15pm-10:45pm Job Description ? Keeping the facility operating and repairing any problems as discovered. ? Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries ? Maintain HVAC equipment to keep climate control in facility ? Work with electrical wiring ? Repair any broken or leaking plumbing issues to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures. ? Applying preventative maintenance to building to avoid any risks in future. Major Areas of Accountability: Safety – Follow safety policies. Engage and encourage safe practices in the workplace. Performance and Quality- Ability to multi-task and follow process as written and trained. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Expected to develop and consistently use good work habits. Daily Tasks – Maintain variety of areas including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, building inspections, scheduling repairs and maintaining inventory. Team Player – Must have good communication skills (verbal, written) Mathematical abilities. Licensed in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC a plus. Dependability – Punctuality and regularity of attendance are job requirements and company policy. Requirement: ? High School Diploma or Equivalent ? Training in HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical ? Competency to focus and stay on task. ? Must be able to wear safety equipment including Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots, Respirator, Dust Mask
