ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Works with supervisor and other line leaders to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met. Ensures the build quality and product usage is correct to meet quality and productivity metrics. Responsible for the safety, quality, and line efficiency of each production run. Maintains accurate Batch Production Records. Executes and coordinate employee training on the packing line to ensure that procedures are followed, and all quality requirements are met. Uses basic problem-solving and leadership skills to ensure stable operation of the line. Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficiency & safety in the production floor.
