Key Responsibilities: Greet and room patients in a courteous and timely manner. Accurately collect and record patient vitals (blood pressure is done manually), histories, and other intake information in Epic. Ensure all documentation is complete, up to date, and accurately entered into the Epic system. Prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies and sanitize after each visit. Assist providers with clinical procedures as needed. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA. Monitor and manage messages and tasks in Epic inboxes as directed. Coordinate patient flow and support a smooth clinic operation. Respond to patient questions or concerns and escalate when appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned by clinical leadership. M-F 8:00AM TO 4:30PM 1/2 HR LUNCH BETWEEN 12PM-1PM PAY DOE $18-$20.50/HR
