Lawn Tech Job Details Location: Clarksville, IN or Austin, IN Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Wednesday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour Type: Seasonal (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity for Exceptional Performance) About the Lawn Tech Role Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Tech to join a landscaping and maintenance team in either Clarksville or Austin, IN. This role is seasonal but may become permanent based on performance, reliability, and attendance. Ideal candidates will have experience with landscaping equipment, lawn care, and a strong attention to property appearance and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Pick up and dispose of trash in common areas and around property streets Mow lawns, trim shrubs, treat weeds, rake leaves, and plant seasonal greenery Spread mulch, stones, or wood chips as needed Remove tree limbs and debris caused by weather Maintain and perform basic repairs on blowers, mowers, trimmers, and other lawn equipment Report maintenance issues noticed during daily tasks Ensure grounds are kept clean, safe, and presentable at all times Operate vehicles and equipment safely to complete assignments Follow all safety guidelines while on-site Complete other duties and landscaping projects as assigned Requirements Previous experience in lawn care and landscaping Ability to operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, weed eaters, and related tools Comfortable working outdoors in varying seasonal weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Basic computer proficiency (email and internet usage) Ability to work well independently and within a team About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
