Qualifications: *High School Diploma or GED (preferred) *1 year of lawn care/mowing experience (preferred) *Valid Driver’s License (required) *Detail-oriented and safety-conscious *Able to work outdoors in various conditions *Works well independently and in a team 1st Shift – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (or until done) with overtime expected, may get off at 5:30 or 6:00 until the work is completed (some weekends in the spring/summer) Responsibilities: *Mow, trim, and edge lawns with attention to detail. *Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely. *Inspect lawns for pests, diseases, or irrigation issues and report concerns. *Follow safety procedures and proper equipment handling. *Provide professional customer service and address client concerns. *Perform routine maintenance on lawn care equipment.
