Forklift Driver Job Details Louisville, KY Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $19.50 per hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | 1st Shift Forklift Driver Responsibilities -Operate a sit-down forklift (approximately 30% of the shift) -Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and handling HL parts (70% of the shift) -Work both inside and outside the warehouse with frequent walking -Assist the Move Team in staging and preparing products for relocation to a new facility -Maintain accuracy in inventory control and product replenishment -Follow safety procedures and company guidelines -Use handheld scanners or inventory systems to track items -Perform additional warehouse support tasks as assigned Forklift Driver Requirements -Recent forklift driving experience required (sit-down) -Cherry picker experience is a plus -Ability to lift and handle heavy parts and walk for extended periods -Strong attention to detail and good memory -Experience with inventory systems and order tracking About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
