Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver Location: Louisville, KY Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $19.50/hour 2nd Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM | $20.50/hour Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Role Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to join a busy team in Louisville, KY. This role requires a mix of warehouse duties and limited forklift operation. The ideal candidate is experienced in inventory control, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities -Operate sit-down forklift, cherry picker, and reach truck as needed (forklift use is approximately 10–30% of the shift) -Receive, count, and verify incoming products using warehouse management software -Use a computer for inventory and product intake; strong data accuracy required -Maintain accurate inventory records and follow replenishment procedures -Follow PPE guidelines and all warehouse safety protocols -Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals Qualifications -Cherry picker and reach truck experience required -Sit-down forklift experience preferred -Previous warehouse or inventory control experience -Strong attention to detail and good with numbers/memory -Must be able to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift -Comfortable using computers and handheld scanners Next Steps Thank you for your interest in the Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver position!
