We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented outbound lead to oversee our outbound operations. The outbound lead will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the shipment of products to customers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Under the direction of the Outbound Supervisor. Position is responsible assisting in the management and operation of the warehouse including leading and giving direction to warehouse team members. To ensure the warehouse area is safe, clean and organized. To oversee, coordinate, and participate in the picking and shipping of customers’ orders.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Computer skills including Microsoft Windows programs (i.e. Word and Excel). ? Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high- performing team. ? Proven experience in outbound shipping management ? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ? Strong organizational and time management skills. ? Proven experience in coordinating and directing operations.
