General Labor – Concrete Job Description Location: Louisville, KY Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime Required) Pay: Based on experience Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Role Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer – Concrete to support a construction team in Louisville, KY. This role involves assisting skilled workers with a variety of physical tasks related to concrete work and general site maintenance. Ideal candidates will have a team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety and quality procedures. Responsibilities -Assist skilled workers as directed by supervisors or project leads -Load and unload materials and distribute them on-site -Use hand tools and power tools as required -Clean and grease tools and perform light equipment maintenance -Rake and level concrete or gravel -Perform site cleanup and organize equipment and materials -Direct traffic in or around job sites when necessary -Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times -Maintain a respectful, team-oriented attitude on-site -Perform other general labor tasks as needed Required Skills & Equipment -Must bring: 20oz hammer with hammer hook, 25ft tape measure, and work boots -Ability to read a tape measure -Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) -Good communication and teamwork skills -Ability to take direction and work independently -Willingness to learn and adapt to various job tasks Preferred Qualifications -Prior experience in construction or concrete work (preferred, not required) -Valid driver’s license or state ID -Forklift or skid steer certifications (can be trained on-site) -CPR/First Aid certified (training available) -10-hour OSHA certification (training available) Next Steps Thank you for your interest in our General Labor – Concrete position!
