Paint Booth Cleaner Supervisor Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Schedule Options: 2nd Shift | Saturday – Tuesday | 7:00 PM – 6:30 AM 2nd Shift | Wednesday – Saturday | 7:00 PM – 6:30 AM Pay Rate: $55,000 – $58,000 annually (based on experience) Position Type: Direct Hire About the Paint Booth Cleaner Supervisor Role Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Paint Booth Cleaner Supervisor to join a dynamic team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of industrial cleaning practices, and a commitment to workplace safety. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring compliance with safety regulations on-site. Key Responsibilities -Develop Task Instruction Sheets (TIS) and routinely review safety procedures with team members -Evaluate employee performance related to safety and quality -Provide leadership, tools, materials, and direction to assigned crews -Serve as the main point of contact between client/customer and cleaning crew -Submit reports to site management and client as needed -Recommend equipment purchases and personnel needs -Receive and organize materials and supplies -Inspect tools and equipment; red-tag and remove any unsafe or malfunctioning items -Conduct regular audits and inspections (Mod, Prime Booth, Conveyor, etc.) Qualifications -Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience -At least 1 year of relevant industry experience -High School Diploma or equivalent -Familiarity with job-specific equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications -Strong understanding of safety procedures and documentation Next Steps Thank you for your interest in the Paint Booth Cleaner Supervisor position!
