Mail Inserter & Bindery Equipment Operator Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $18.00 – $21.00/hour (based on experience) Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Role Crown Staffing is hiring a skilled Mail Inserter & Bindery Equipment Operator for a production facility in Louisville, KY. This role is perfect for mechanically inclined candidates with hands-on experience operating mail insertion and bindery equipment, particularly Swing Arm machines. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and high-quality production of printed materials for commercial use. Key Responsibilities -Set up, operate, and maintain Swing Arm mail inserters and bindery machines -Complete first-article inspections before production runs -Cut, fold, score, perforate, and apply finishing elements (labels, Post-its, etc.) -Prep paper for digital printing and verify layout accuracy -Maintain correct order and high quality throughout production -Perform daily equipment cleaning, tuning, and troubleshooting -Coordinate with Team Lead to meet production goals -Support other departments as needed -Adhere strictly to all safety and operational procedures Requirements -High school diploma or equivalent -Required: Experience operating Swing Arm insertion equipment -Required: Mechanical aptitude for machine setup and troubleshooting -Strong attention to detail and quality control -Organized, dependable, and team-oriented -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines -Willingness to work overtime if necessary Next Steps Thank you for your interest in the Mail Inserter & Bindery Equipment Operator position!
