Electrical Engineer Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $78,000/year Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Electrical Engineer Role Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join a growing team in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining electrical power distribution systems, plant control systems, and SCADA administration to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations. The Electrical Engineer will also lead design projects, manage construction activities, and perform inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities -Support and maintain electrical power distribution systems. -Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for plant control systems and SCADA networks. -Administer and monitor SCADA systems for plant and remote operations. -Design, specify, and prepare detailed project plans for electrical and control systems. -Oversee project execution, including contractor coordination, inspection of work, and compliance with safety and quality standards. -Maintain system and project documentation, including operational procedures. -Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth system performance. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited or equivalent). -Minimum of 2 years’ experience with electrical power system design and control system design. -Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate, or ability to obtain within two years of hire (required to remain in position). -Valid driver’s license. -Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
