Our client is a manufacturer of tools and parts. They are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager for their Mundelein, IL location. A Sales Account Manager in a warehouse setting is responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients who require warehousing, logistics, or distribution services. Their main goal is to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate closely with operations teams to meet service expectations. Responsibilities of the Account Manager: -Manage existing customers. -Make outbound calls to identify new customers, new business opportunities and pursue strategic leads -Conduct client meetings (on-site or virtual) to understand needs and present tailored solutions -Co-ordinate with shipping receiving and logistics teams to ensure service commitments are met -Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements -Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and contract status -Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any service issues
